Read this before
you buy. It's how
we do business, in writing.
This Disclaimer explains, in plain language, how Eazy Phones sources, describes, prices, and ships the smartphones, tablets, smart watches, and audio accessories listed on eazyphones.com — and the limits of what we can promise about them.
What This Page Covers
Eazy Phones (BIN 1001503255, registered in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada) operates eazyphones.com and sells new, factory-sealed smartphones, tablets, smart watches, and audio accessories to customers in Canada and the United States. This Disclaimer sits alongside — and does not replace — our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refund Policy. Where this page discusses a topic that a linked policy already governs in detail, the linked policy is the authoritative version.
By browsing eazyphones.com or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the statements below. If any part of this Disclaimer is unclear, contact our support team at support@eazyphones.com before you buy — we would rather answer the question first than resolve a misunderstanding after delivery.
We Are an Independent Retailer, Not the Manufacturer
Our catalogue includes devices from Xiaomi, Redmi, POCO, Samsung, Sony, OnePlus, Oppo, Vivo, Asus, ZTE/Nubia, Nothing, Google, Honor, Motorola, and Huawei. Every brand name, model name, and logo referenced on eazyphones.com is the trademark or registered trademark of its respective owner. We use these names solely to identify the genuine products we sell — this is standard retail practice and does not imply that Eazy Phones is owned by, operated by, or an authorized distributor, service center, or partner of any of these manufacturers, unless we say so explicitly on a specific product page.
No implied endorsement
A manufacturer's appearance in our catalogue is not an endorsement of Eazy Phones by that manufacturer, and it does not mean the manufacturer has reviewed or approved our pricing, marketing, or customer service.
Manufacturer support channels
For manufacturer-run recall notices, security advisories, or brand-specific support programs, we link to or point you toward the official manufacturer website rather than restate information we do not control.
What "Global Version" Actually Means
Many of the phones, tablets, and watches we sell are internationally sourced units, listed as "Global Version" on the product page. This means the device ships with multi-region firmware and the manufacturer's standard international accessory set, rather than carrier-branded North American retail packaging. We disclose this on the applicable product listing itself, not only here, so it is visible at the point of purchase.
Band and carrier compatibility
Global Version devices generally support a wide range of GSM/LTE/5G bands used across Canada and the United States, but band support varies by model. We list the confirmed network bands on each product page — we recommend checking them against your specific carrier before ordering, since we cannot guarantee full compatibility with every carrier network, VoLTE/Wi-Fi Calling feature, or carrier-specific service (such as carrier-branded RCS or eSIM provisioning tools).
eSIM and dual-SIM variants
Where a listing indicates eSIM support, that support reflects the hardware and firmware as sold. Activation of an eSIM profile still depends on your chosen carrier's own eSIM program and is outside our control.
Software and app availability
Global firmware may default to a different Google Play region, language, or pre-installed app set than a North American carrier unit. Most settings can be adjusted after setup, but region-locked carrier apps or carrier billing features are not something we can add.
Not refurbished, not cloned
Every item we sell is new and factory-sealed. We do not sell refurbished, used, or counterfeit/clone devices, and we do not knowingly list a product as "Global Version" when it is in fact a lower-specification imitation.
Certification, Labeling, and Import Compliance
Wireless devices sold in the United States and Canada are subject to FCC and Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) technical-acceptance requirements. The devices we import are manufactured to meet international radio-frequency and safety standards, and we work with our suppliers to source models that carry recognized certification markings from their country of manufacture. Because certification labeling can differ between a device's country of origin and its country of sale, we encourage customers who need a specific FCC ID or ISED certification number for a particular use case (for example, use in a regulated workplace) to contact us before ordering so we can check the documentation available for that model.
Import taxes and duties are handled by us, not you. As explained on our Shipping Policy page, orders move on a Delivered Duty Paid basis: any applicable import duties, brokerage charges, and customs processing for cross-border shipment into Canada or the United States are settled by Eazy Phones and built into the checkout price, so there is no separate customs bill waiting at your door.
Who Backs the Warranty on Your Device
Because many of our devices are imported Global Version units rather than units purchased through a manufacturer's official North American retail channel, the original manufacturer's regional consumer warranty program may not apply the same way it would to a locally-purchased unit, and in some cases the manufacturer may decline to service a Global Version device through its local walk-in service centers. To make sure you are still covered, every device we sell carries a seller-backed warranty against manufacturing defects for the period stated on the product page, administered directly by Eazy Phones.
What our warranty covers
Manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery, assessed against the condition the device was in when it left our facility, in line with the terms published on our Returns & Refund Policy page.
What it does not cover
Accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, normal wear, or issues caused by using the device outside its intended network or region are outside the scope of the seller warranty, consistent with standard electronics warranty practice.
General Safety Information
Our products are consumer electronics, not medical devices, and nothing on eazyphones.com should be read as medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic advice — including product descriptions that mention health-tracking sensors on smart watches, which report general fitness metrics only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or monitor any medical condition.
All devices we sell contain lithium-ion or lithium-polymer batteries. We follow manufacturer packaging and handling guidance and ship in compliance with applicable carrier rules for lithium-battery goods. We recommend charging devices with the cable and adapter provided (or a certified equivalent), avoiding exposure to extreme heat, and following the safety guidance included in the manufacturer's in-box documentation. Radio-frequency exposure (SAR) information for a specific model is published by the manufacturer and, where available, referenced on the relevant product page — for the authoritative figure, always check the manufacturer's own published data for that exact model and region.
How We Keep Prices and Listings Accurate
All prices on eazyphones.com are displayed in United States dollars and reflect the item, storage configuration, and color variant shown on that specific listing. Where a listing shows a struck-through "was" price next to a current price, the struck-through figure is a genuine prior selling price of that exact SKU on our own store, not an inflated reference figure.
Prices and stock can change
Component costs, exchange rates, and supplier stock levels shift regularly for imported electronics. We update prices and "in stock" status as promptly as we can, but the price and availability confirmed to you at checkout is the version that governs your order.
Product images
Product photography is sourced from the manufacturer or taken of representative stock and is intended to accurately reflect the listed color and configuration. Screen colors vary by device and monitor, so minor on-screen color variation is expected and is not a defect.
Specifications
Technical specifications on each listing (storage, RAM, display, battery capacity, camera hardware) are taken from manufacturer-published data for that exact model and region variant. If a manufacturer revises a specification after our listing is published, we correct the listing as soon as we are made aware.
Feed and storefront consistency
We keep the pricing, availability, and shipping information in any product data we submit to third-party shopping platforms aligned with what is shown on eazyphones.com at checkout, so what a customer sees off-site matches what they are charged on-site.
Delivery Windows Are Estimates, Not Guarantees
We ship only to Canada and the United States and dispatch orders from our Ontario-coordinated fulfillment operation via DHL Express or FedEx, typically handing off to the carrier within 0–2 business days of purchase. The transit windows shown at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page are estimates based on normal carrier performance, and are not a guaranteed delivery date.
Occasional delays caused by customs processing, severe weather, regional carrier disruptions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout are outside our control. Where a delay does occur, our support team will help you track the shipment and, where our Shipping Policy or Returns & Refund Policy provides for it, resolve the order.
Payments, Carriers, and Outside Links
Checkout on eazyphones.com is processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways, including PayPal; we do not store full card numbers on our own servers. Shipment tracking is provided directly by DHL Express or FedEx once your order leaves our facility. Our website may also link out to our Facebook and Instagram pages, our Google Business location, or to manufacturer resources for further reading.
We do not control the content, availability, or privacy practices of these third-party platforms once you leave eazyphones.com, and we are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or errors on their end. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.

You must have reached the age of majority in your province, territory, or state, and have the legal authority to enter into a purchase contract, to place an order with Eazy Phones.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Ontario and Canadian federal law, and applicable United States state law, Eazy Phones' liability arising from your use of this website or purchase of a product is limited to the amount you actually paid for that product, except where such a limit is not permitted by law.

This Disclaimer and your relationship with Eazy Phones are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your own state or province.

We encourage you to review this page periodically, and we will not apply a materially revised version to an order you have already placed.
