This Copyright Policy explains who owns the content on eazyphones.com, how we license and credit manufacturer material, and the exact process we follow — under United States and Canadian law — if you believe your copyrighted work has been used here without permission.
Why We Publish This Policy
Eazy Phones (BIN 1001503255, registered in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada) operates eazyphones.com. This Copyright Policy sets out how we handle copyrighted material on our storefront: text, photography, layout, and code that belongs to us; product imagery and specifications licensed or sourced from device manufacturers; and content submitted by customers, such as product reviews. It also sets out the exact procedure a rights holder can use to report unauthorized use of their copyrighted work on our site, in line with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Canada's notice-and-notice regime under the Copyright Act.
This policy applies to eazyphones.com and any content we publish or display through it. It does not cover the manufacturers' own websites, third-party marketplaces, or social media platforms we merely link to.
What We Own, and What We License
The overall look and feel of eazyphones.com — our page layouts, original written descriptions, category copy, logo, and site code — is either owned by Eazy Phones or used under a license that permits our use, and is protected under Canadian and United States copyright law. You may view and share individual pages for personal, non-commercial reference (for example, linking to a product page), but you may not copy, scrape, republish, or resell substantial portions of our original site content without our prior written permission.
Manufacturer product imagery and specifications
Where a product listing uses official photography, renders, or specification tables supplied by Xiaomi, Samsung, Sony, OnePlus, Oppo, Vivo, Asus, ZTE/Nubia, Nothing, Google, Honor, Motorola, Huawei, or another manufacturer, that material remains the copyrighted property of the manufacturer. We use it under standard retailer/reseller practice to accurately depict the exact product we are selling, not as a claim of ownership.
Our own photography and copy
Where we photograph stock ourselves or write original descriptions, comparisons, or guides, that material is owned by Eazy Phones. Reuse of this original content elsewhere requires our written consent and, where granted, clear attribution back to eazyphones.com.
If You Leave a Review or Send Us Photos
When you submit a product review, rating, comment, or photo to eazyphones.com, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to share it, and you grant Eazy Phones a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and feature it on our storefront and in related marketing (such as a product page or social post) in connection with the product reviewed. You retain ownership of your original content; we simply have permission to use what you send us for these purposes.
Do not submit content you don't have the right to share. Please do not include copyrighted photography, text, or artwork belonging to someone else in a review or submission. We remove submitted content that appears to infringe a third party's copyright once we are made aware of it.
Reporting Infringing Content Under the DMCA
Eazy Phones respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to clear, complete notices of alleged copyright infringement submitted under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe content on eazyphones.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:
Your identification and signature
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Identification of the copyrighted work
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by one notice, a representative list of those works.
Identification of the material and its location
The specific URL or page on eazyphones.com where the allegedly infringing material appears, with enough detail for us to locate it.
Your contact information
An address, telephone number, and email address at which we can reach you.
A good-faith statement
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We review complete notices promptly and, where a notice meets the requirements above, remove or disable access to the identified material.
If You Believe Your Content Was Removed by Mistake
If material you submitted or that features your own product was removed as a result of a takedown notice and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification containing your name and contact information, identification of the removed material and its former location on our site, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court. We will review counter-notifications in accordance with the DMCA's counter-notice provisions.
How We Handle Canadian Copyright Notices
As a Canadian-registered business, Eazy Phones also complies with the notice-and-notice regime set out in Canada's Copyright Act (sections 41.25 to 41.27). If a rights holder in Canada sends us a compliant notice of claimed infringement identifying material on eazyphones.com, we will forward that notice, unaltered, and retain the required records as directed by the applicable regulations. The same contact details listed under the DMCA section above can be used for a Canadian notice — please indicate that your notice is submitted under the Canadian Copyright Act so we can route it correctly.
Keeping This Process Fair for Everyone
Repeat infringer policy
Where content submitted to eazyphones.com by the same customer is the subject of repeated, verified copyright complaints, we may restrict or terminate that customer's ability to submit reviews, images, or other content to our site.
False or bad-faith claims
Submitting a knowingly false takedown notice can expose the sender to liability, including for damages, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. We take the accuracy of every notice seriously and expect the same from anyone submitting one to us.
Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Copyright Policy as our processes, licensing arrangements, or applicable law change. When we do, we update the "Last updated & effective" date at the top of this page. Continued use of eazyphones.com after a revision means you accept the updated policy.
