Trademark & Brand Disclosure

Brand Names Are Used to Identify Genuine Products, Not to Claim a Partnership

Every device we sell carries the name and logo of its original manufacturer. Those names, logos, and product images are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to accurately identify and describe the genuine products listed on this site — a standard, lawful use known as nominative or descriptive fair use. Unless a specific product page states otherwise, Eazy Phones is an independent retailer and is not an authorized dealer, distributor, service partner, or representative of any manufacturer whose products we sell, and no sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with those manufacturers should be assumed from our use of their names.

Xiaomi / Redmi / POCO

Samsung Galaxy

Sony Xperia

OnePlus / Oppo / Vivo

Asus ROG

ZTE / Nubia

Nothing / Google Pixel

Honor / Motorola / Huawei

Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are honoured according to the terms stated on each product page and remain the responsibility of the manufacturer or its authorized service network. Any complaint about a manufacturer's trademark or product design should be directed to that manufacturer; questions about how we describe or sell the product on this site should come to us at support@eazyphones.com.

Copyright & Site Content

What We Own, and How to Report a Concern

The text, layout, category structure, and original photography on eazyphones.com belong to Eazy Phones or our licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may browse and share individual product pages for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not copy, republish, or redistribute substantial parts of this site's original content or design without our written permission. Manufacturer-supplied product images and specifications remain the property of the respective manufacturer and are used under license or fair descriptive use.

If you believe we've used your content without permission

Email support@eazyphones.com with: (1) a description of the copyrighted work, (2) the URL on our site where you believe it appears, (3) your contact details, and (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

Notice-and-notice & DMCA context

For Canadian rights holders, we follow the notice-and-notice process set out in the Copyright Act (Canada). For U.S. rights holders, we respond to good-faith takedown requests consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act's notice framework.

Third-Party Links & Site Operation

Links, Uptime & the Platform We Run On

External links

This site links to third-party destinations we don't control — our Facebook and Instagram pages, Google Maps, our payment processor, and carrier tracking pages from DHL and FedEx. We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those external sites once you leave eazyphones.com.

Platform & availability

eazyphones.com runs on WordPress with WooCommerce. Like any online platform, it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or due to factors outside our control. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access and may update, suspend, or modify the site as needed.

Accessibility

Working Toward an Accessible Site

As an Ontario-based business, we design and maintain eazyphones.com with the intent of meeting the accessibility standards set out under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and its Integrated Accessibility Standards for web content, and we aim to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as our site evolves. If you encounter a page, feature, or checkout step that isn't accessible to you, please tell us — we treat every report as an opportunity to fix a real barrier, not a formality.

Where This Site Sells

Canada & the United States Only

Eazy Phones lists, offers, and ships products exclusively to addresses within Canada and the United States. We do not knowingly sell, ship, or export devices to any other country, and orders requesting delivery outside these two countries cannot be accepted. If you purchase a device and later relocate it outside Canada or the United States, you are responsible for complying with the destination country's own import, customs, and telecommunications-certification requirements — those requirements are outside our control and outside the scope of this site.
