Business Identity & Catalogue

What You're Buying, and From Whom

Every item in our catalogue is a new, unused, factory-sealed consumer electronics product. We do not sell refurbished, used, or grey-market cloned devices. Many smartphone models are internationally sourced "Global Version" units — meaning they ship with multi-region firmware and standard accessories, and may differ from carrier-specific North American retail packaging. This is disclosed on every applicable product page rather than left for you to discover after purchase.

Eligibility & Accounts

Who Can Order, and Your Account

Age & capacity

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your province or state, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to place an order on this site.

Account accuracy

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current shipping and contact details and to keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Shipping address scope

Orders can only be placed for delivery to an address within Canada or the United States. We are unable to accept, process, or ship an order to any other country.

No account required to buy

You may also check out as a guest. Guest orders are held to the same Terms, and your order number plus checkout email are enough to contact support afterward.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

How an Order Becomes a Contract

Placing an order is an offer, not a sale

Submitting an order and payment details is an offer to buy. The contract of sale is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email — until then, we may decline or cancel an order, including for stock unavailability, a pricing or listing error, or a failed payment or fraud check.

Pricing is shown in the checkout currency

Prices are displayed and charged in the currency shown at checkout. The total shown before you confirm payment — including any applicable Canadian sales tax (HST/GST) calculated by province — is the final amount charged; there is no separate charge added after checkout.

Pricing and listing errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with materially incorrect specifications due to a technical or human error, we will contact you before charging or shipping, and you may cancel the order at no cost if you no longer wish to proceed at the corrected price.

Payment security

Checkout is processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways, including PayPal. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers, and every transaction is subject to standard fraud-prevention screening.

Duties, brokerage & delivered pricing

Every order moves on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis: import duties, brokerage charges, and customs fees are pre-paid by Eazy Phones and built into the checkout price shown to you, so there are no surprise charges collected on delivery.

The Policies These Terms Incorporate

Shipping, Returns & Privacy Are Governed in Full Elsewhere

Rather than restating shipping, refund, and data-handling rules here — and risking a mismatch between two versions of the same rule — this agreement incorporates the following pages by reference. They are as binding as the text on this page.

Product Warranty

What's Covered After Delivery

Every device we sell is backed by a manufacturer or seller warranty against manufacturing defects, separate from and continuing after the 30-day return window described in our Returns & Refund Policy. Warranty terms and length vary by brand and model and are stated on the individual product page. For U.S. customers, written warranty terms are disclosed in line with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act's requirement that consumer-product warranties be presented clearly and in full before purchase. Nothing in this section limits any warranty right that applies to you by law and cannot be waived by agreement.

Using This Website

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use eazyphones.com to do any of the following:

Fraud or misuse

Place an order using false identity, payment, or shipping information, or attempt to circumvent our fraud-prevention or order-verification checks.

Resale misrepresentation

Represent yourself as an authorized dealer, distributor, or repair partner of any brand sold on this site, or misuse our product descriptions to mislead your own customers.

Site interference

Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the storefront, checkout system, or connected services.

Ownership & Liability

Intellectual Property & Limits on Our Liability

Site content

All text, layout, graphics, and original photography on eazyphones.com belong to Eazy Phones or its licensors. Product names, logos, and images of third-party brands (Samsung, Xiaomi, OnePlus, and others) remain the property of their respective manufacturers and are used to identify genuine products we sell.

Liability limits

To the extent permitted by Canadian and applicable U.S. state law, Eazy Phones is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or a purchased product, beyond the price paid for that product. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for defective products or for claims arising from our own negligence.

Governing Law & Updates

Which Rules Apply, and How Terms Change

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable within it, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove any consumer-protection right you have under the law of your own province or U.S. state that cannot be contracted away.

Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our catalogue, shipping partners, or applicable law changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Severability

If any individual clause of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court or tribunal, the remaining clauses continue in full force and effect.

Electronic communication

By placing an order or creating an account, you consent to receive order confirmations, shipping updates, and support replies electronically at the email address you provide.

Regulatory Basis

The Consumer-Protection Rules Behind These Terms

Because we ship only within Canada and the United States, these Terms are written to meet the disclosure and fair-trading standards that apply in both — not a generic template borrowed from a jurisdiction we don't serve.

CANADA

Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002

Governs disclosure, cancellation rights, and delivery obligations for internet sales agreements made with Ontario-based consumers, and sets the baseline these Terms follow nationwide.

CANADA

Provincial Sale of Goods & Consumer Statutes

Each Canadian province maintains its own sale-of-goods and consumer-protection legislation. Where a provincial rule grants stronger rights than these Terms, the stronger provincial right applies to that order.

CANADA

Competition Act (Canada)

Prohibits false or misleading representations in advertising and product listings — the standard our product descriptions and Global Version disclosures are written to meet.

CANADA

PIPEDA & CASL

Canadian customers' personal information is handled under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, and any marketing email follows Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation consent requirements.

USA

FTC Act & Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule

Prohibits unfair or deceptive practices in commerce and requires merchants to ship within the promised timeframe or offer a refund, consistent with our Shipping and Refund Policies.

USA

State Consumer Protection & UCC Statutes

U.S. orders are additionally subject to the buyer's state consumer-protection statutes and the state's enactment of the Uniform Commercial Code governing sales of goods.

USA

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act

Sets federal disclosure standards for written consumer-product warranties in the U.S., referenced in the Warranty section above.

USA

Fair Credit Billing Act

Preserves a U.S. cardholder's right to dispute a charge with their card issuer if an item is not delivered as described — a right these Terms do not limit or waive.

This section is provided for transparency and does not constitute legal advice. For the binding terms that govern your order, refer to this page in full together with the Shipping, Returns & Refund, and Privacy policies linked above.
