4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free Express Shipping: We provide free shipping on all orders using premium carriers (DHL Express/FedEx).

  • Timelines: Estimated delivery is 0–6 business days (0–2 days handling; 0–4 days transit).

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our returns process is governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which includes 30-Day Free Returns. In accordance with the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, you have specific rights regarding the cancellation of agreements if delivery is significantly delayed (beyond 30 days of the estimated date).

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Ontario:
