At Eazy Phones, we strive to deliver the latest mobile technology to your doorstep as quickly and transparently as possible.

1. Order Processing

  • Timeline: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Schedules: Orders placed on weekends or Ontario public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been handed over to our carrier.

2. Shipping Origin & Methods

To ensure our Canadian and global customers receive the newest releases at competitive prices, we fulfill orders from our primary international distribution hub:

  • Fulfillment Center: 10 Cheung Yee Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR.

  • Carriers: We partner with premium express carriers including DHL Express and FedEx to ensure safe and trackable transit.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

In accordance with the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, if your order is not delivered within 30 days of the estimated date, you may be entitled to cancel your agreement for a full refund.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDP)

We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for all orders shipped to Canada and other major regions.

  • No Hidden Fees: The total price you see at checkout is final.

  • Pre-paid Duties: Eazy Phones covers all import duties, brokerage fees, and customs charges. You will not be contacted by customs or the carrier for additional payments upon delivery.

  • Sales Tax: Applicable Canadian sales taxes (HST/GST) are calculated based on your province and included in the final checkout price.

5. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address within 48 hours of dispatch. You can monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time through the carrier's website.
