How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is 100% Free for all orders. We use premium express carriers like DHL and FedEx to ensure your device arrives safely and quickly.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our total delivery time is 1–6 business days.
- Handling: 0–2 business days.
- Transit: 0–4 business days.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
No. We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Eazy Phones pre-pays all import duties, brokerage fees, and customs charges. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
Where do you ship from?
To give our customers access to the newest releases at the best prices, we fulfill orders from our international distribution hub in Hong Kong SAR.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-Day Free Return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We even provide the prepaid return shipping label!
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at support@eazyphones.com. Once approved, we will send you a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your item at our Woodbridge, Ontario facility, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
