  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our returns process is governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. In accordance with the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, you have specific rights regarding the cancellation of internet agreements if required disclosures are not met or if delivery is significantly delayed.
