At Eazy Phones, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging, including all boxes, manuals, cables, and accessories.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or official order confirmation is required.

Note: For hygiene and security reasons, devices that have been set up with personal accounts (e.g., iCloud or Google accounts) must be factory reset before being returned.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@eazyphones.com.

  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and detailed instructions.

  3. Shipping: We will provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to drop off your package.

⚠️ Important: Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at support@eazyphones.com right away. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or a full refund.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Refunds typically appear in your account within 10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's processing times.
