1. 30-Day Free Returns

We offer a 30-day free return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • No Return Shipping Fees: We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns.

  • Full Refund: There are no restocking fees for items returned in their original condition.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging, including all boxes, manuals, cables, and accessories.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or official order confirmation is required.

  • Security Reset: For security and privacy, devices that have been set up with personal accounts (e.g., iCloud or Google accounts) must be factory reset before being returned.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and a Prepaid Return Shipping Label.

  3. Shipping: Follow the instructions provided to drop off your package at the designated carrier location.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
