Customs, Duties & Taxes Eazy Phones operates on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for most major regions. This means:

  • No Hidden Fees: The price you see at checkout is the final price.

  • Pre-paid Duties: All import duties and customs fees are covered by Eazy Phones. You will not be contacted by customs for additional payments.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be sent to your email within 48 hours of dispatch. We utilize premium carriers including DHL Express and FedEx to ensure your technology arrives safely.
